RINGSCAFF Semiconductor Plant Project

The development of a major semiconductor manufacturing facility in Boise, Idaho, USA, represents a significant investment in advanced semiconductor production.

As part of this complex, multi-phase project, Scafom-rux North America is working with SDB to provide modular scaffolding and technical support for construction and equipment installation across the facility.

With approximately 1,100 tonnes of RINGSCAFF scaffolding, supported by project-specific engineering and flexible rental solutions, Scafom-rux helps ensure safe and efficient access to demanding work areas, including clean-room environments and high-load working platforms.

Highlights of this complex project:

• Approximately 1,100 tonnes of RINGSCAFF scaffolding, equivalent to around 55 semi-loads

• Access solutions for equipment installation and elevated work areas above 10 ft

• Specially engineered dance floor scaffolds designed for loads of up to 150 psf

• Technical support with load-capacity specifications and engineering coordination

• Flexible rental and local yard-stock solutions for a project spanning approximately ten years
