Successful presence of Scafom-rux at Navalia 2022
The Navalia International Shipbuilding Exhibition takes place every two years in Vigo, Spain, and is one of Europe’s largest trade fairs for the maritime industry. This year's 8th edition of the Navalia Exhibition was once again a great success: from 24 to 26 May, around 20,000 visitors visited the exhibition halls in Vigo.
This year, our team of Scafom-rux Spain was represented at the Navalia exhibtion for the first time to present our scaffolding systems for the maritime industry. As the only scaffolding manufacturer among a total of 431 exhibitors, the interest in our stand and our scaffolding products was particularly high.
Scaffolding is a popular solution in shipyards and marinas for carrying out maintenance and painting work safely. The Scafom-rux scaffold cladding systems Scaffguard and Scaffplank were also well received by visitors to our stand. These can be easily built with our RINGSCAFF scaffolding material and used over and over again. This means that there is no need to invest in new plastic for every ship or boat.
Our team was very pleased with the lively exchange with representatives of the maritime industry and the positive feedback we received especially for our rental options and services.
Overall, this 8th edition of Navalia was the most successful since its launch in 2006, and the next date has already been set: from 21 to 23 May 2024, the industry will once again meet at Europe's 3rd largest trade fair in the sector.
